How can I see the prices of the products?
Product prices are visible once you log in to your account. Please sign in to view pricing details.
- For general accounts, prices become visible right after you verify your email.
- For trade accounts, prices will be visible after your application is approved.
How can I become a trade customer?
You can register for a trade account on our website. Once approved, you’ll gain access to exclusive pricing and support.
I applied for an account but did not receive the verify your email or, an approval email with my account.
To complete the account approval process, please verify your email address after registration. If you haven’t received the verification email, check your junk or spam folder. Once your email is verified, your application will proceed through the approval process. After approval, you will receive a confirmation email containing your account details.

How can I place an order?
Orders can be placed online through your customer account, trade account, by email, by contacting our sales team directly, or contacting our showroom representives direcly.
Can I cancel an order after it has been placed?
All orders can be cancelled or modified before they are picked up or shipped. Once an order has been picked up or shipped, it will be invoiced, and any changes or cancellations after that point will be treated as a return and will be subject to the terms of our return policy.
When will I be charged for my order?
For C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) customers, payment is due at the time of pickup or shipment. For customers with credit terms, your billing cycle runs through the end of the month in which the item is picked up or shipped.
What’s our typical lead time/turnaround time for orders?
Orders are typically processed and ready within 1–3 business days for both pick-up and delivery ordres. At Mole Hardware, we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date inventory information. If an item is unavailable, you will be notified via email or phone within 2 business days of placing your order.

What are my shipping options and how long does shipping take?
We offer flexible shipping options to meet your needs: Standard Shipping (1–3 business days): This is our default shipping option for all orders. Express Shipping (Same-Day Delivery): Available upon request for an additional fee for faster delivery. Use Your Own Shipping Provider: You may also choose to arrange shipping through your preferred carrier.
What is your return and exchange policy?

Are there any return fees on returns?
Mole Hardware Return & Restocking Policy:
- 0–30 days from the original invoice date: Returns are accepted with no restocking fee.
- 31–60 days from the original invoice date: Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- 61+ days from the original invoice date: Items are not eligible for return.
Exceptions: Defective products covered under our Limited Lifetime Warranty are eligible for return regardless of the timeline above. If the return is due to a Mole Hardware error, no restocking fee will apply. Items must be returned within 60 days of the original invoice date; beyond this period, the product will no longer be eligible for return.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once a product has been returned, inspected, and approved for a refund, a credit will be issued to your account. Typically, this process is completed within 24 hours of receiving the returned item.
Do you offer samples?
Yes, we do! To request samples, simply email us at info@molehardware.com with the details of the products you’re interested in. Some of our products are available as free samples, while others will be invoiced. In those cases, the order will be treated as a regular purchase and will fall under the terms of our return policy.
Do you provide the color swatches for your finish?
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide sample color swatches, as finishes may vary between different suppliers. However, you are always welcome to visit the Mole Hardware showroom to view our full range of decorative hardware and finishes in person. For your convenience, our website and catalogs also provide visual color references to help you choose the best match for your project.
What do "Left Side Mounted," "Right Side Mounted," or "Universal" mean for Base Cabinet Pullouts?
“Left Side Mounted” or “Right Side Mounted” indicates the gable side where the unit will be installed when viewing the cabinet from the front opening. The “Universal” mounting option allows the unit to be installed on either side of the cabinet.
What is the difference between a cabinet’s overall width and its inner size when measuring for manufacturing or installation?
When taking cabinet measurements, be sure to note the difference between the door width (the actual size of the door) and the inner cabinet width (the space measured from the inside of one gable to the inside of the other). Please note that some products are listed by cabinet width, while others are shown by inner cabinet width.
Where are your products manufactured?

Is installation included in the price?
No, installation is not included. We primarily work with trade partners, so homeowners interested in our products can source a technician or contractor locally. Detailed installation instructions are provided with each product to guide the process.
Do you provide installation services?
Yes, we offer installation services only within the local GTA (Greater Toronto Area), Ontario. Additional fees apply. Please contact us at info@molehardware.com for more details and to schedule a service.
Do you offer custom hardware solutions?
For large projects or OEM clients, we are happy to discuss customization options to meet specific requirements.
Do I need an appointment to visit the showroom?
Our showroom is open to the public Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (excluding holidays). You are welcome to visit anytime during these hours.
