If any hardware product sold by Mole Hardware is found to be defective in workmanship or materials, we will replace it free of charge, provide the parts necessary to restore the product to working condition or replace the defective item.This applies only to items that have been installed, used, and maintained under normal conditions. All warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., the original sales receipt) from the original purchaser.

Replacement parts can be obtained by contacting us at info@molehardware.com. Claims without valid proof of purchase or outside the warranty period may be denied.

This is a replacement-only warranty. This warranty excludes damage caused by improper installation, abuse, misuse, overloading, or the use of harsh or abrasive cleaners containing alcohol or other solvents. Mole Hardware Inc. is not responsible for any labor costs related to the removal, installation, or reinstallation of hardware, nor for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

If a defective product is discontinued or no longer available, Mole Hardware reserves the right to replace it with a similar or current product offering.
